Why I Sometimes Get Mad at God's Mercy (And You Might Too)
Noble Bereans Weekly
I need to confess something that might make you uncomfortable: Sometimes I get angry at God's mercy.
Not when He shows it to me, of course. I'm grateful for that. But when He extends grace to people I think have crossed lines that even God shouldn't cross? That's when my heart reveals something ugly.
This Week's Deep Dive: Jonah's Fury
We just concluded our 4-part series on The Jonah Files, and the final episode might be the most uncomfortable yet. After witnessing the greatest revival in human history, Jonah was so furious at God's mercy that he told God he'd rather die.
Why? Because Jonah wanted mercy for himself but justice for his enemies.
Sound familiar?
🎯 Ambassador Application:
This week, I'm challenging myself (and you) to identify our own "Nineveh"—that person or group we struggle to see as worthy of God's mercy. Because here's the truth that hit me hard:

💭 Weekend Challenge:
Actively pray for someone you'd rather see get justice than mercy. See what God does in your heart. (Fair warning: it might be more revealing than you expect.)
